1. Introduction
This Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”, “Terms”) governs your access to and use of the We Ukraine website (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions

You (Customer, User): an individual or legal entity accessing the Service and/or purchasing goods.
3. Use of the Service
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3.2. You agree to use the Service in compliance with the European law and these Terms.
3.3. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1. Orders are placed by the Customer through the website.
4.2. To confirm an order, the Customer must provide accurate information: full name, delivery address, phone number, and email.
4.3. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes (or added).
4.4. Payment is made online by bank card or other available methods specified on the website.
4.5. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out by courier and postal services.
5.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds Policy
6.1. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances, except as required by the European law.
6.2. If a return is required by law (e.g., defective goods), it shall be processed in accordance with the European Law on Consumer Protection within the legally established timeframes.
7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
7.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.
7.2. Personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection and international standards, including GDPR (where applicable).
7.3. All transactions are secured with TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption, ensuring confidentiality and secure transmission of your data.
7.4. You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to, or request the deletion of your personal data. More details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites linked from our Service.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.
10. Liability
10.1. The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order, or USD 100 if no purchase was made.
10.2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party networks or services.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the European Law.
All disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled in court under the jurisdiction of the Seller’s registered address.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
