Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. Exchange and Return of Physical Goods

 

1.1. The Customer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used, their commercial appearance, packaging, seals, labels, and the original purchase receipt are preserved.

1.2. The return or exchange of defective goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection.

1.3. The Customer bears the cost of delivery when returning/exchanging goods of proper quality. If the goods are defective, the Seller bears such costs.

2. Ordering and Use of Services

 

2.1. Services ordered through our Service are considered provided from the moment of actual access, activation, or commencement of use.

2.2. Payment for services is made in advance and is non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in an individual agreement or in the specific service terms.

2.3. The Customer agrees to use the ordered services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules published on the website.

3. Order Cancellation

 

3.1. An order may be canceled by the Customer before it is handed over to the delivery service.

3.2. To cancel an order, the Customer must contact us by email at orders@weukraine.com or by phone at +380939723750, providing the order number.

3.3. If the order has been prepaid, funds will be refunded within 7 business days to the same account/card from which the payment was made.

4. Delivery

 

4.1. Delivery of goods is carried out by courier and postal services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.).

4.2. Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and are beyond the Seller’s control.

4.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the Customer at the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.

5. Refunds and Withdrawal of Funds

 

5.1. Refunds are possible only in cases provided by these Terms or applicable Ukrainian law.

5.2. In the case of returning goods, funds will be refunded within 7 business days from the date the returned goods are received and inspected.

5.3. Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used by the Customer (bank card, payment system, etc.).

5.4. The actual crediting time depends on the bank or payment system and may take up to 10 business days.
